In utlilizing service and/or products – including but not limited to sending, printing, displaying or viewing cards – you are agreeing to our Terms of Use as outlined here. All products and services provided are on an "as is" basis. AwesomeCards.com Corp. does not make and hereby disclains any and all express and implied warranties or guarantees as to our service or products.

"Card" is any composition of words, layouts, designs, images or other materials that are combined, compiled or created in an electronic or any other form at, or originate at or are delivered by, our site(s) or through the use of our materials, produccts or services.

Provided that in its content, form or use, or in any way, (1) card is not libelous, illegal, anti-social, unethical, offensive to any party, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, harmful or threatening and (2) card does not violate intellectual property rights or other rights of any party and (3) all copyright and terms notices and all hyper-links and references to, and imaages of, Awesome Cards are maintained in original, unaltered, clear and visible form and the card is not altered from the form it which it was generated and (4) card is not sent anonynously or under false pretenses and (5) cards are not sent as junk mail or spam and (5) no party, including but not limited to AwesomeCards.com Corp., requests that Awesome Cards not be sent, posted, published or displayed, a visitor to our site may send cards and may print up to two copies of cards for personal and non-commercial use and may post up to five personalized, finished, unaltered cards on his or her own Internet site. Sender has full rights to, and responsibility for, sender's own input into customized part of greeting card.

If you receive a card and don't know the card sender or don't wish to see card, please do not access card. By initiating any proces to aceess card, you are expressly agreeing we have no liability and, provided the card is not offensive to any party or illegal and in all ways complies with all the terms of use detailed in this document and provided no party, including but not limited to AwesomeCards.com Corp., requests that Awesome Cards not be viewed, posted, published or displayed, you may view card and may print up to two copies of cards for personal and non-commercial use and may post up to five personalized, finished, unaltered cards on your own Internet site.

Any use other than uses expressly permitted here, including but not limited to the re-publication of any or all of these materials on the Internet and/or in any other medium, is not permitted.

All users of our service indemnify, and hold harmless, AwesomeCards.com Corp. (hereafter, "ACC"), its owners, officers, employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, agents and other associates or related parties for, and from, any and all liability and agree to cover any damages and/or legal costs they cause ACC through their use of ACC's materials, products, services or name.

LINKS

You are welcome to create links on your own or your company Internet site to Awesome Cards home page or main card collection pages and may utilize our logo for the sole purpose of linking to us (place it in the same directory as the page with the link on your on site), provided you notify Awesome Cards of the Internet page address (URL) at which you are creating the link, do not suggest or recommend any use in violation of our terms and comply with generally accepted Internet standards, and provided Awesome Cards.com Corp. does not request that you do not create or maintain links to our site. (You can bookmark or add any of our pages to your personal Favorites list on Internet Explorer or Netscape or other WWW browser. Privacy

PRIVACY OF PERSONAL INFO
Because we send email announcements for cards on behalf of our visitors, we have access to personal information such as email addresses. Our policy is to respect the privacy of our visitors. We do not sell, barter or exchange email addresses you give us when sending a card. We reserve the right to write ourselves to the senders and recipients of our cards and our customers.

PRIVACY OF CARDS
All our greeting cards are posted on private pages, with the Web address of the page being sent only to those whose email addresses are entered by the card sender.

LIMITATIONS ON PRIVACY
Though we try to protect your privacy, any use of the WWW or of email creates the possibility that someone could access the data transmitted. Because of the limitations of Web and email technology, there is always some risk on the Internet that personal information might be accessed and privacy cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to provide information if we think – correctly or incorrectly and reasonably or unreasonably – that our cards are being used in violation of our terms of use, including, but not limited to, being used in any illegal, harmful, threatening or anti-social activity.

Overall Site Stats: We reserve the right to give our partners and other third parties any site usage or mass-user stats.

Advertiser, Affiliates and Others: Before providing information to any party other than ACC, for example an advertiser, a shop or a "co-branded" Awesome Cards affiliate, you should check their privacy policy, as they are third parties and are not obligated to comply with our policies and practices. It is reasonable for you to expect that reputable Internet sites will post privacy policies and we recommend reading them on any site where you are inputting personal information.

Opt-in: When individuals explicitly give us permission to utilize their data, for example, when a visitor explicitly requests third party product or promotional information or services, we reserve the right to release the data to the third parties.

Copyright

Other than in strict compliance with the exceptions expressly detailed in our Terms of Use, none of our images, cards, pages, materials or compilations may be printed, re-published or re-distributed on the Internet or elsewhere whatsoever. Do not remove copyright notices or links on our cards, images, pages or materials. All content, rendering and compilation is copyrighted.
